Of course you see them at the beach: men and women with nice tight bellies and hard six-packs. It is possible for everyone to get a six-pack, but it is hard work!

What exactly is a six pack?
A six pack is a tight tummy with no fat and strong abdominal muscles. There are two different types of abdominal muscles:
The Oblique – These are the muscles on your sides
Rectus abdominis – These are the real abs, you’ll see your six pack is divided into a top and a bottom section.
Rectus abdominis: Are the tendons that run over your abs and when they are highly trained,it seems like you have pads over your belly, and that my friends is a six pack.

Before you can get a six pack.
You can still train hard to get tight abs, but if you have fat about it you will never get to see your six pack. Therefore you need to take some time to do cardio workout until you have a tight tummy.

You can go to gym and run around here on the treadmill or go out on a bike. The easiest and cheapest way to go and run at least 4 days a week, like half an hour a day riding a stationary bike at home. A good way to start is by jumping rope. Jumping rope will burn a lot of fat and will give you a good condition. Think of professional boxers, they don’t do it because it is fun, no of course not, because jumping rope works.!

Food
Eat breakfast every day! You feel a lot fitter and healthier. it is ridiculous to start starving yourself and not eating enough, this will not help you to maintain your goal for getting a six pack. Eat a day at least 2 pieces of fresh fruit and as many vegetables as you like. Stay away from the chips, chocolate and sweets. Try not to snack between meals, but if you do get hungry eat an apple or banana for example.

Train
After having little to no fat on your stomach you can start training your abs. You can choose to go into the gym or do it at home, ask it for advice on what exercises to do. Otherwise you should Google search for abdominal exercises. Try different exercises and choose from a selection the one you like. Try at least 3 days a week to do the exercises for at least half hour a day. Do an exercise until you feel a burning sensation in your abdominal muscles. So go through 3 sets and then 3 minutes of rest and continue with the next exercise. Always have a day of rest between training days especially if you’re a beginner, i can’t stress that enough, don’t overload your body you will injure yourself. Start a training schedule with one day of training and one day of rest and build it up from there, when you feel you can do more exercises go for it, but don’t overdo it, it will take the fun out your training.

Maintain
The hardest part is persevering. A six pack can grow long and burdensome. But consider what you get: A beautiful belly and a good health and you feel great about yourself, so what are you waiting for, reading articles like this doesn’t get you a six pack, Take Action Now!
